One, clutch slip

1. 2. Causes and failures: 1 There is oil on the surface of the friction plate. Mainly due to damage of seals such as oil seals, leakage of oil, or improper maintenance, due to excessive oil injection, the source of oil contamination should be identified and then cleaned. 2 The clutch clearance is too small or there is no clearance and should be readjusted. 3 If the pressure spring breaks or the elasticity weakens, replace the spring. 4 Wear plate wear. If the friction film is eccentrically worn, severely damaged or too thin, the rivet head is exposed and should be replaced; if the wear is not great, the depth of the rivet is not less than 0.5 mm, and it may not be changed. However, if the rivets loosen, they should be riveted or replaced with new rivets. If the friction plate burns lighter, it can be smoothed with sandpaper. 5 The warpage of the driven plate is deformed, and the unevenness of the flywheel and the pressure plate plane is too large. Correct the repair. The 6 return spring is loose or broken and should be replaced.

Second, the clutch is not clear

1. Phenomenon: When the clutch pedal is stepped to the end, the power cannot be completely cut off, it is difficult to file or there is a strong sound of teeth.

2. Causes and faults: 1 The clutch free stroke is too large, the small brake separation clearance is too small, or the main clutch separation gap is too small, causing the clutch work stroke to be insufficient, so that the clutch is not clear and should be adjusted correctly. 2 The inner ends of the three separate levers are not on the same plane, and the individual compression springs become soft or break, causing the pressure plate to become skewed when disengaged, and the clutch is not clear. The spring should be adjusted or replaced. 3 Due to severe wear of clutch bearings and other reasons, the concentricity of the crankshaft and the clutch shaft is damaged, causing the yaw of the driven plate; the warping and deformation of the driven plate steel, the breakage of the friction plate, etc., will cause the clutch to separate and the driven plate There is still contact with the active part, so that the clutch is not clear. The deflection of the driven plate should be further identified and eliminated. If necessary, correct the driven steel plate and replace the friction plate. 4 Because the friction plate is too thick and improperly installed, the effective working stroke of the clutch is reduced and the separation is not clear. Excessive thickness of the friction plate should be replaced, or be compensated by adding gaskets between the clutch cover and the flywheel (the thickness of the gasket should not exceed 0.5 mm).
