3 Drying period: When drying 8-9 hours, the temperature should gradually rise to 55-60°C. At this time, the inlet and exhaust holes should be opened one-half, and the temperature-recovering hole should be opened one-half. It usually takes 1-2 hours to dry.

4 complete drying period: the last one hour, the temperature should be tempered at 60-65 °C, the entire intake and exhaust vents open, reopen the temperature hole to open, so that the hot air up and down cycle, to ensure that yellow eggs and increase the aroma pleated bacteria.
