Peanut bud without soil cultivation technology

Peanut buds are directly made from peanut seeds under appropriate environmental conditions without soil cultivation. They are rich in nutrients and can be oiled, buttered or braised. They are delicious and are very popular vegetables.
1 Seed preparation: China has more varieties of peanuts. The best choice for sprout production is to use varieties with high germination rate and slightly smaller seeds. For example, small peanuts in Henan, the seed kernels are long oval, light brown, and 100-grain weight. - 90 grams. In the production of peanut sprouts, because of its large fat content, weak water absorption capacity, slow germination, and seeds with no germination ability are perishable, it seriously affects the product quality of peanut buds. Therefore, strict manual cleaning is required for production. Debris, worms, malformations, pyants, special seeds, and various impurities must be removed.
2 Soaking: The water absorption capacity of peanuts is weak, and the maximum relative water absorption is about 54%. Sprout production generally soaked for about 24 hours, that is to achieve the maximum relative water absorption.
After the seeds are cleared, the sprouts are cleaned and covered with clean newsprint. Two-stage germination is required for the production of peanut buds, so the sowing is also carried out in two batches. The first sowing is carried out with 1,000 grams per plate. After the first germination, the second sowing is carried out. The sowing amount per plate is 500 g. Note: Seeding should be uniform, combined with sowing and then seed selection to prevent decay and ensure the quality of peanut buds.
3 Germination: Peanut seeds germinate slowly. Two-stage germination is required for the production of sprouts. The first stage of the multi-layered plate germination requires a higher temperature of 23-26°C and a germination time of 2-3 days. The production management during this period is the same as that of the pea sprouts. When the bud length is 2 mm, it enters the second stage of germination. The temperature of the second stage germination is required to be 20-23°C, and the germination time is 8-9 days. When the peanut shoots are 4-5 cm long, the germination can be completed. Pay attention to temperature, ventilation, and moisture management during germination and ensure germination in dark conditions. Every day, we need to carry out the tray, when the paper bed is dry, we must add water in time, but the water should not be too large to prevent bad seeds and rotten seedlings.
4 Disease Management: Diseases that are prone to the growth of peanut buds are rot. When the plate is poured every day, remove the rotten seed and rotten seedlings in a timely manner and rinse with water to avoid spreading. The production control methods include the selection of disease-resistant varieties with high germination rates. The sprouts of the buds and trays must be leveled when the stacking trays are germinated, and the water points are distributed unevenly to cause decay. Germination temperature should be appropriate, the maximum not more than 30 °C, the minimum is not less than 18 °C, because the temperature is too high and too low can easily cause seedlings rot.
