The basic method of judging cow's pregnancy

Dali Prefecture is the main producing area for dairy cows in our province. It is a dairy industry development base. The common people have a long history of dairy farming and have accumulated rich experience. Especially in judging whether cows are pregnant, they have accumulated some simple and feasible methods. It is introduced to farmers and pastoralists who have recently raised dairy cows.
(1) Milk that is squeezed out of milk by hand is a pregnant cow that is colored with honey and has a paste and does not flow. If it is thin white, and if a squeeze will naturally flow out, it will be an empty cow.
(b) Looking at breast breast swelling, the nipple is hard and straight and is a pregnant cow. The breasts do not swell and the teats are not hard and straight.
(C) to see the cow directly above the pupil of the pupil of the cow's eye appears on the iris 3 particularly exposed vertical blood vessels, the so-called pregnancy blood vessels, which fills the surface of the iris, purple-red. The blood vessels on the iris of pregnant cows did not appear to be small.
(4) Look at the mouth and open the cow's mouth to see the sublingual meat on both sides of the mouth. If it is bright red, it is a pregnant cow. If it is pink or pink, the cow is not pregnant.
(5) Using a tummy person standing on the left side of the cow facing the rear, the left hand assists the cow's back, and the right hand gently presses on the left intestine, if something touches and hits the hand, or sees something touching in the lower abdomen, It shows that the cow is pregnant.
(6) When looking at the tail of a tailed cow without waving it, if you cover the vulva and put it to the left or right, it means the cow is pregnant. If the tail is covering the middle vertically, it means there is no pregnancy.

(7) Take 100 ml of fresh milk from the cow to be tested with alcohol, place it in a clean glassware, and then take 1ml of 95% medical alcohol into the fresh milk and mix thoroughly. Within 5 minutes, if it happens, The phenomenon of agglutination proves that the cow is already pregnant. If it agglutinates after half an hour, there is no pregnancy.

A Petri Dish (alternatively known as a Petri plate or cell-culture dish) is a shallow transparent lidded dish that biologists use to culture cells[1][2], such as bacteria, or small mosses.[3] It is the most common type of culture plate.

The container is named after the German bacteriologist Julius Richard Petri.[4][5]

Penicillin, the first antibiotic, was discovered in 1929 when Alexander Fleming noticed that mold that had contamined a bacterial culture in a Petri dish had killed the bacteria all around it.

The Petri dish is one of the most common items in biology laboratories, and has entered popular culture. The term is often written in lower case, especially in non-technical literature
