Liu Tong suggested that farmers should pay attention to the changes in the market before planting vegetables.

The price is produced, not regulated. Therefore, the peasants should look at the price of the seeds before planting them. Liu Tong also reminded farmers to make short-term storage of Chinese cabbage. The food was cheaper in 2009.
