3. EC. When the emulsion pesticide is stored in the storage process, the following three conditions may occur if the storage is poor.

The first is the phenomenon of agglomeration. If the emulsifiable concentrate has been a non-flowable viscous liquid or has formed a soapy solid, it is proved that the solvent has mostly volatilized and the quality has changed and cannot be used.

The second is the phenomenon of precipitation and crystallization. For long-term storage of the emulsion, white crystals or turbid substances may appear on the bottom of the bottle. If its cream bottle is immersed in warm water of 30-40°C, the crystals can be dissolved in about 30 minutes to return to a transparent liquid, indicating that the quality is good and can be used. If it does not dissolve, it indicates that the quality of the emulsifiable concentrate has changed and cannot be used.

The third is the change in the emulsifying properties of the EC. Take 1 part of EC, add 200 parts of water and place it in a glass. Shake well and wait for about half an hour. Observe the emulsification. If there is no slick in the upper layer, there will be no sediment in the lower layer and no oil bead in the middle, indicating good emulsification performance; There is emulsifiable concentrate, there is sedimentation, there is stratification after 10 minutes, indicating that the emulsion is destroyed can not be used.
