If the lever is stuck at the stop position, the diesel engine will not start to fire; if the card is dead at a certain fuel supply position and the ignition is started, the governor will not be able to control the fuel supply lever and the diesel engine will “fly”. Therefore, before long-term storage of diesel engine restart, you should first check whether the movement of the supply rod is flexible. The method is: the throttle handle plate to the maximum fuel supply position, while shaking the crankshaft while listening to pay attention to listen, this time there should be sound injection; then put the handle to the stop position, in the crankshaft and pay attention to listening, this The sound of oil injection should not be heard. If the throttle lever can hear or cannot hear the sound of oil injection in the maximum and stop position, it means that the fuel supply lever is stuck and the injection pump cover inspection should be opened. If the supply rod is not tight, use a screwdriver to try to pull it back and forth, move the rod left and right, wipe the rust on the rod, and remove the corrosion around the rod hole. Under normal circumstances, the fuel rod can move freely. If the fuel rod pulls out of the card, it cannot be shaken at all. It will only be removed if the fuel pump is disassembled.
