PET bottles are also defective!

1. The adaptability of PET bottles to beer filling equipment is poor. If the PET bottle cannot be cleaned with a bottle washer, it can only be washed with high-pressure sterile water. The sterility of the bottle cannot be guaranteed (especially for bottles that have been stored for a long time); the heat-resistant PET bottle cannot pass the pasteurizer. The sterilizing condition of the packaging workshop is relatively high; the labeling method of the PET bottle is quite different from the current glass bottle labeling method, and the labeling machine needs to be modified.
2, the impact of PET bottles on the shelf life of beer: carbon dioxide loss after filling 10% -15%, oxygen into the beer to increase the aging of beer. PET bottles need to improve their ability to protect against UV rays and prevent solar odor from appearing in beer.

3. Regardless of the organic synthetic material, a small amount of organic monomer is inevitable. When the inner wall of the bottle is in contact with the beer for a long time, a certain amount of organic matter must be dissolved.

4. The strength of the PET bottle. Since the strength of the PET bottle is not as good as that of the glass bottle, the air inside the bottle cannot be removed by means of secondary vacuuming. The crown cap can not be directly used by the capping machine, and the wine filling machine and the capping machine need to be modified. At present, the problem that beer manufacturers are worried about is: Can PET bottles withstand the impact of manual loading and unloading at 0.60% (m/m) carbon dioxide? Can I withstand the pressure of 12 stack heights during storage? How safe is the transportation process (will it break or leak)?
