Straw micro-storage production method

1. Selection of straw The crop straw used as micro-feeds should be mainly taken in the current year, and it can be properly used if it is not mildew in the previous year. Due to special attention, straw must be non-toxic straw that can be eaten by livestock. 2. Straw comminutes crop stalks used as micro-feeds, must be sun dried after harvest, and must not be mildewed. Before the micro-storage fermentation, all the raw materials must be crushed, and the degree of crushing differs depending on the kind of livestock and poultry being raised. 3. The ratio of mixed fermenting agent to straw powder is 250 kg of fermented bacteria to ferment 1,000 kg of straw. However, due to the fact that some farmers keep small scale, in order to prevent the feed after fermentation from being strewed for a long time and cannot be fed, most of them are taken once. The amount of 100 kg fermented or the amount that can be fed within 3 days is the best fermentation. Fermentation dose is not reduced by straw ratio and should be increased by 1 to 2 times. For example, if 100 kg of straw is fermented, the microbial agent should not be administered in an amount of 25 grams and it should be 50 grams or more. The specific operation method is: ferment 100 kg of straw powder, take about 50 grams of fermented bacteria and 1 kilogram of bran or corn flour, mix, put 5 to 10 kilograms of water and mix well, and place it for more than 30 minutes to fully dissolve. Straw powder is mixed and mixed with fresh water. The general water consumption is 30% to 50% of the dry weight of the straw powder. Then evenly sprinkle the fermenting agent water and mix evenly. Conditions can also be added 0.5 to 0.8 kg of salt and 1 kg of quick lime (also dissolved in 5 kg of water sprinkled on the straw powder), mixed with good straw powder is not suitable when dripping, dry or over-mixed are not It is conducive to the growth of bacteria. 4. The growth and reproduction temperature of the heaped fermenting bacteria has a great influence on air temperature and air humidity. When the temperature is lower than 15°C, the bacteria will be in a dormant state. Therefore, it is best to choose the place where the temperature is slightly higher and indoor, especially in winter. Choose a smooth concrete floor or masonry floor, first lay a layer of film on the ground, and then put the mixed raw materials on the film to form a cone or a bun, in order to prevent moisture evaporation and heat loss, can be on the surface of the raw material pile Cover the plastic film and clean sacks, and use bricks to compact the edges of the stock pile. When the temperature of the micro-reservoir reaches 30 to 35°C and emits an alcoholic flavor, the fermentation is continued after the internal and external tumbling. In summer, it takes 2 to 4 days, and it can be 3 to 7 days in winter. The well-qualified microbiological feeds are brown or dark brown in color, have a weak acidity and alcohol odor, and have a soft and loose hand. If you see a small amount of red, yellow, green, black and other colors, feel sticky or agglomerate, as a moldy feed, it must be removed in time, not feeding. After the microbiological feed is well fermented, the cover is opened, the heat is spread, and the food can be fed after cooling. 5. Preserved fermented feed can be dried and bagged for storage, or can be made into commercial feed for sale. When used, it can be humidified one day in advance, and there are still mellow flavors and good palatability on the second day.
