Therefore, when the workshop is put into production, some mechanical failures and electrical failures often occur. If it cannot be quickly and promptly eliminated, the efficiency of the entire production line will be low, and the enthusiasm of employees will be reduced. Wine, bottles, covers, trademarks, and sticks. Various losses such as the agent will increase, and the quality of the product will be affected to some extent. According to the operating experience and access to relevant information, the following is a brief introduction to the common faults in the packaging workshop and the corresponding countermeasures.

First, the common faults of washing machine and treatment countermeasures

1. Into the bottle is misplaced. When the bottle enters the bottle, the bottle mouth is placed against the bottle box, and the bottle can not be smoothly pushed into the calibration bottle, and the position of the dislocation position is adjusted to adjust the position of the fixing bolt of the bottle.
2. The bottle is misplaced. When the bottle is out, the bottle cannot fall accurately on the bottle fork, or the push bottle cam can not smoothly push the bottle out.

(1) Adjust the position of the fixing bolt of the bottle clutch;
(2) Adjust the position of the fixing bolts in the bottle wheel;
(3) Adjust the synchronous position of the chain of the bottle fork and the push bottle and the clutch.

3. Alkaline pump pressure is low
(1) removing alkali scale on the impeller;
(2) The alkaline water is too thick, the flow rate is slow, and it is re-filtered or discharged, and water and alkali are added again;
(3) The lye pump motor is aging, the speed is reduced, and the winding is re-wound.

4. Clean water pump pressure is low
(1) removing scale on the impeller;
(2) Insufficient supply of clean water to increase the supply of fresh water;
(3) The sprinkler is too large to replace the sprinkler.

5. Alkaline tank warming slowly
(1) The steam pressure is too low to increase the steam pressure;
(2) The steam pipe has a small flow rate and increases the pipe diameter;
(3) The heat exchanger is clogged at the periphery, and the hot and cold cannot be exchanged in time. The exchanger is removed to remove alkali, scale, mud and other debris.

6. The bottle is not ideally labeled, and there are residual labels.
(1) The temperature of the lye is low, and the temperature is increased to 68 ° C;
(2) The concentration of the alkali solution is low, and the alkali content is increased to 1.5%;
(3) The hot spray is blocked, and the hot spray nozzle is transparent;
(4) In addition to the blockage of the standard network, the residue cannot be removed in time.

7. The bottle has a collapse and a bad mouth
(1) When the bottle is not in place, the bottle mouth touches the bottle box and adjusts the position of the bottle;
(2) The bottle box is damaged, the bottle mouth can be exposed, and the bottle box can be repaired or replaced;
(3) The large chain of the bottle is seriously worn, and the position difference between the bottle box and the bottom of the machine is large, and the chain with severe wear is replaced.

8. The bottle has a bottom and a bottom
(1) The bottom of the machine has convex and concave, uneven, and repairs the bottom of the machine;
(2) The temperature difference between the alkali water tank and the hot water tank is too large, and the temperature difference between the hot and cold water is reduced to 23 °C.

Second, the common failure of the filling machine and its countermeasures

1. The bottle is misplaced and the bottle cannot enter the bottle accurately.

(1) The position of the screw in the bottle is not allowed, and the H660 toothed belt is adjusted;
(2) The height of the bottleneck is lower than the bottle plate, and the height of the bottleneck is increased by ≥5 mm; the position of the star wheel is adjusted to the front or back of the bottle.

2. The bottle leaks and cannot be completely sealed

(1) The air pressure is low or the cylinder of the bottle is leaking, the air pressure is adjusted, or the cylinder is repaired;
(2) The valve frame is indeterminate, skewed or slanted, and the corrected valve frame is replaced;
(3) The bottle plate is seriously worn, and the new bottle plate is replaced or repaired;
(4) The pressure bottle rubber is seriously worn and the pressure bottle rubber is replaced.

3. The vacuum inside the bottle does not meet the requirements

(1) The vacuum pump lacks water, the vacuum is not complete, and the water injection amount is increased;
(2) The vacuum pipe interface is not tight, causing air leakage, and re-closing the vacuum pipe interface;
(3) The vacuum slide is seriously worn, and the vacuum slide is replaced;
(4) The length of the vacuum valve stem is not uniform, replace the vacuum valve stem, or reorganize.

4. Beer filling capacity does not meet the requirements

(1) The bottle is leaking and cannot be completely sealed. Replace the bottle;
(2) The valve frame is indeterminate, skewed or slanted, and the corrected valve frame is replaced;
(3) The valve needle gasket in NN is damaged, the sealing is not strict, the wine valve seat is removed, and the valve needle gasket is replaced;
(4) The wine liquid distribution net is blocked by foreign matter, the wine valve seat is removed, and the foreign matter on the wine liquid diverting net is cleaned.

5. The liquor is against the water, causing insufficient liquid level

(1) The pressure relief is incomplete, the pressure relief slide is seriously worn, and the pressure relief slide is replaced;
(2) The pressure relief valve stem is worn out or the length is not uniform, replace the pressure relief valve stem, or reorganize the same;
(3) The temperature of sake wine is higher than 4~e, and the temperature is lowered to 4~CP2T;
(4) The CO content in the wine is too high, and the COz charge in the liquor is lowered.

6. Incomplete cap or gland bottle

(2) The intermediate bottle chute is lower than the gland cushion, the bottle can not smoothly enter the gland body, and the height of the intermediate bottle chute is ≥5 mrn;

(4) The pressure cap is seriously worn, resulting in a straw cap and replacement of the cap.

7. The cap does not smoothly enter the capper

(1) The pressure of the flapping gas is too low to adjust the gas pressure;
(2) improperly match the position of the cover and the cover, adjust the position of the cover;
(3) There is foreign matter in the cap slide, and the cap slide is cleaned.

Third, the common malfunction of sterilization machine and treatment countermeasures

1. Killing the sink is slow

(1) The steam pressure is too low to increase the steam pressure;
(2) The steam pipe has a small flow rate and increases the pipe diameter;
(3) The heat exchanger is clogged at the periphery, and the hot and cold cannot be exchanged in time. The exchanger is removed to remove alkali, scale, mud and other debris;
(4) The cold water flow is too large to reduce the cold water flow.

2. Semi-finished wine and bottle have high breakage rate

(1) The bottle has low pressure bearing capacity and replaces the bottle;
(2) The pressure of filling the wine in the bottle is high, which reduces the pressure when filling the wine;
(3) The temperature difference between the tanks of the sterilizer is too large to reduce the temperature difference;
(4) The water pressure of the spray pipe is low, causing partial vacuum, removing scale on the pump impeller and increasing the amount of hot water spray;
(5) The bottle is smashed, poured, and the heat is not evenly distributed.

3. Sterilizer runs slowly

(1) The oil temperature is too low to meet the requirements of the oil pump and the heater is turned on;
(2) The oil pressure is lower than the requirement, the oil pump speed is slow or the diverter valve is blocked, the oil pump speed is increased or the diverter valve is cleaned;
(3) The sterilizer frame is severely worn by the inclined iron, and the frame inclined iron is replaced.

Fourth, the common failure of the labeling machine and its countermeasures

1. Labeling is not correct

(1) The position of the drum is not correct, and the position of the drum is corrected;
(2) The labeling sponge is seriously worn, the contact surface is reduced, and the labeled sponge is replaced;
(3) The position of the brush brush and the finished wine is too close or too far, and the position of the brush is adjusted.

2. Tear off when bidding

(1) Take the position of the label holder forward and adjust the position of the label backwards;
(2) If the drum position is wrong, after the trademark is attached to the bottle, the label holder will not release the trademark and correct the drum pulley track;
(3) The label paper material is brittle, easy to tear, and replace the label paper.

3. Marked edge after labeling

(1) too much adhesive, can not be dried in time, adjust the distance between the rubber roller and the scraper, reduce the amount of adhesive used;
(2) The position of the brush brush is too far, the brand cannot be brushed, and the position of the brush is adjusted;
(3) The printing of the label paper is wrong, and the label paper is replaced.

4. The code is turbid and unclear

(1) There is water on the bottle cap, and the residual water is blown with air pressure;
(2) There is residual water on the brush brush to remove the moisture on the brush brush;
(3) The spray pier is too far or too close to the bottle cap, resulting in a larger or smaller spray code, which is unclear and adjusts the distance between the spray pier and the bottle cap.

1. Scratching the head can not fully grasp the bottle

(1) The head film is damaged and leaked, and the scratch film is replaced;
(2) The position of the turnover box and the head is asymmetrical, and the position of the turnover box and the head is adjusted;
(3) The separator of the turnover box is damaged, the bottle cannot be vertical, and the qualified turnover box is replaced.

2. The bottle on the bottle table is easy to fall off

(1) The headstock does not correspond to the opening and stopping time of the conveying platform, and the opening and stopping time of the symmetrical head frame and the conveying platform are adjusted;
(2) The chain plate of the conveying table is twisted and filled with soap liquid;
(3) The chain plate of the conveyor table is deformed, and the deformed chain plate is replaced or corrected.
