The impeller-type aerator increases the dissolved oxygen content in the water by using the stirring water body and the aeration principle. It has the characteristics of good oxygenation and high power efficiency. When used, the whole machine floats in the middle of the pond and is fastened to the pool with ropes. When the impeller rotates during operation, the water body is stirred to produce a mixture of lifting water and pushing water, which promotes the convection of the water body up and down, sends the surface oxygen-enriched water to the bottom layer, and lifts the oxygen-depleted bottom water upwards, so that the dissolved oxygen in the entire water body tends to be balanced.

Waterwheel type aerator

When the machine is working, the blade hits the water at high speed and stirs the air into the water to achieve oxygenation. This aerator is suitable for use in shallow ponds. It does not agitate the sediment and keeps the pool cool. The oxygen efficiency is 180 g/kWh.

Water spray aerator

The machine uses water pumps to send water into the spray heads installed in the middle and shore of the fish pond, so that the water is sprayed and rain drops, thereby contacting the air to increase the dissolved oxygen in the water. The machine is also suitable for use in shallow fish ponds. Its aerobic power efficiency is 130 g/kWh to 220 g/kWh.

Jet aerator This aerator consists of a combination of a submersible pump and a jet tube. When working, the water in the water pump is ejected from the nozzle in the jet tube at a high speed to generate negative pressure. The air is sucked in. Water and air are mixed in the mixing chamber and then pushed out by the diffuser tube. Dissolved oxygen diffuses along with the linear flow. Because this aerator has no rotating machinery under the water surface, it will not harm the fish body, so it is suitable for deep-water fish ponds with high fish density. Its aerodynamic efficiency is 380 g/kWh to 1420 g/kWh.

Inflatable aerator

The host is an air compressor or blower. When the air is pressurized and passes through a sand filter or a microporous plastic tube installed on the bottom of the water, tiny bubbles are discharged. During the rising of the bubbles, part of the oxygen dissolves into the water to form a movement of the water body. The machine is suitable for deep-water fish ponds and has an aerobic efficiency of 230 g/kWh.

To purchase an aerator, one should pay attention to the product model and quality, and the second must be based on production needs. As the current general pond fish breeding impeller-type increase machine, edible fish breeding pool can be purchased from 1.5 kilowatts to 3.6 kilowatts, fish ponds or wintering pool can buy 0.37 ~ 0.55 kilowatts. The aerator should be placed in the middle of the pond and fixed with 3 ropes. When working, the depth of the pool should be about 2 meters in order to prevent the sediment from splashing water. Normally, it is necessary to remove rust and paint again in time to do a good job of maintenance.
