(1) Material selection
Use corn with plenty of grain and no moldy mites as raw material, yellow or white corn.

(2) Clearance
The various impurities such as stones, iron wires and straw sticks in the corn are removed, and sieved through a sieve having a diameter of 6 mm to remove small grains of corn and soil to obtain corn having a uniform grain size. This process is best done with a cleaning machine that saves labor and yields high quality corn kernels.

(3) Peeling and degerming
The cleaned corn is firstly conditioned and soaked in hot steam or hot water at 90 ° C for 3 to 5 minutes. The corn is then crushed by a rice mill or a horizontal degerger, and the corn embryos and skin are peeled off and removed by a wind sorter. Corn cha is processed into a fine cornmeal with a steel mill.

(4) Add water to stir

(5) Forming

The corn rice from the molding machine still has a large water content, and it is easy to stick to a block. It must be cooled to spread the adhered rice grains and then put into a dryer for drying. The temperature in the dryer is controlled at about 200 ° C and baked to a moisture content of 5% or less.

(7) Screening
The sieve was sieved with a sieve having a pore size of 1.5 mm to remove powder, broken rice, and large particles, and adhered particles to make the rice grains uniform and uniform.

(8) Packaging
