The non-receptor tyrosine kinase Src is a member of the structurally related Src kinase family SFKs and its function mainly regulates various signal transduction pathways triggered by various surface receptors, such as tyrosine kinase receptors and G protein-coupled receptors. And antigen receptors and so on. The expression or activity of this enzyme is closely related to the metastasis of malignant cells, the development and spread of tumors.
